GMS production facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and 95% of the production is carried out in CNC units. Thanks to the new generation of CNC units, robotics systems and automation technologies, every product is manufactured with high precision. By applying computer-aided quality control processes at every stage of the production process, all parts used in the machines are rigorously tested. GMS manufactures in accordance with all international standards, especially CE, guaranteeing reliability and high performance.
In order to maintain its leading position in the sector, it attaches great importance to R&D investments and continuously optimizes production processes with the most advanced production techniques. GMS machines are coated with special anti-corrosion static paint to be resistant to outdoor conditions. In addition, the moving parts that should not be painted and are protected by phosphate and zinc coating. All parts used in power transmission systems are made of steel material, special heat treatments are applied according to the areas of use. These processes are carried out in the advanced heat treatment unit within the GMS, ensuring that each part has maximum durability.
Reducer systems, which are the heart of the machines, are also meticulously manufactured in GMS production facilities. Monoblock planetary gear reducers are machined from special steel materials and manufactured with high precision in CNC units. Thanks to the excellence provided by robotic production systems, each reducer is tested in laboratory environment in accordance with international quality standards and ensures long-lasting use.
